did anyone feel bad for potsie weber he barley had any friends even fonzie did not want hang out with him or mr.c they schould done some episodes with him n his family kind did same thing with steve urkel nerd type parents neglected.

He wasn't always unpopular was he? I remember him having dates and doing things with Ralph & Ritchie. But you're right about Fonzie & Mr. C. not always being friendly toward him. I think he was pushing too hard to get them to like him and it back-fired.

oh yeah he did have some friends and his own band like richie n ralph.n chachi and some other friends n popualar with some of the ladies.what i felt unfair was when potsie saved fonzies life and wanted be his friend and he wanted nothing do with him.that was sad but had happy ending.when they went out with the hawaaian babes

I agree on unfair. Yeah, Fonzie's always putting Potsie down, but he sometimes puts Ralph down too.

Yeah, sure seems to be the uncool part of Fonzie the way he puts Potsie down when he should be nice to his friends. And ungrateful of Fonzie since Potsie saved him.

Potsie was pushed aside almost from point go. He originally had third billing (after Ron Howard and Marion Ross), and was sort of the worldly one. Then the Fonz emerged, and Potsie merely became the nerd and along with Ralph, the comic relief.
