Sam tried to reverse the cheapskate spell Endora put on Darrin. The cheapskate client got in the way and became a big spender instead.

Esmarelda put a hunger spell on Tabitha's milk and Sam drank the milk instead. It was from Season 6

Pretty much any Aunt Clara spell

She was a sweet old witch but boy could she make a mess of things. My fav is when Sam & Darrin need an electrician and she pops in Ben Franklin, or the ep where she causes a major blackout across the country.

Dr. Bombay also screwed up the spell to help the willow tree - Sam got caught up in it instead and cried every time the wind blew. There's also my favorite Aunt Clara moments - when she turned the Tate baby into twins and when her clothing spell made Sam and Darrin's clothes disappear.
