Maybe she was hot, but she was also a total bitch. I don't miss her. Laura is one bitch too many on this show.

You thought Laura was a bitch?! Maybe just to Steve, but not usually.

Even though they tried their best to make her seem like a good person, she was always a bitch. Laura always thought she was all that, even though she wasn't even that pretty, and she treated Steve like dirt. Okay if she didn't love him back, but she did things like break down his Isetta, when he was giving her a lift to Cincinnati.

Cassie Lynn, on the other hand, was never supposed to be a "good girl", so she actually ticks me off a lot less. The fact that she only had two or three episodes helps too, of course. She sure was a bitch too, but at least everybody admits that. However, Laura was supposed to be a "good girl", even though she was a bitch too, and I can't stand that.

Myra always tood by him too, and he broke her heart! Maybe it was so tramautic, it caused the actress' death.

Michelle Thomas was really ill during the last season. She died from cancer just a few months later. Poor thing was only twentynine years old too. But except that Michelle found it more and more difficult to work, so they maybe had to cut down on her working hours, her illness shouldn't affect the storyline of Steve jilting Myra for that Laura bitch. But the Myra character was treated badly, almost as bad as the Jody character. First they brought in a girl, who loved Steve for who he was, and they still had him lusting for Laura, who wanted nothing to do with him. Or yes she did, but the bitch didn't have the guts to admit it before he changed his persona to please her. Myra on the other hand never was affraid of what other people thought. But she was a nerd girl herself, so she was probably out of the popular crowd anyway, so she didn't have to care about that and could just go for Steve. But the stupid writers still had to fix Steve up with Laura, and Myra was turned into a lunatic, and probably deliberately too, so that the viewers would root for Laura instead. Ugh, how that makes me angry!

I was just kidding, I meant that it was so sad that they did that, just like it was so sad that she died. BTW Furienna her name is JUDY, not JODY!
