Default fresh prince dvds

The reason there have been no more releases of Fresh Prince is because it's from Warner Bros. They have a habit of not releases the shows you really want to collect and spend alot of time releasing junk, things I've never even heard of, much less would ever buy. I can't imagine that so many people would rather collect Full House over Fresh Prince. I chose not to buy Fresh Prince until all 6 season are available. I don't if that day will ever come though.

Sol, your rants are getting shorter and shorter.

Ok, with all the reruns of FP on N@N, NOGGIN and any other station, those episodes can be recorded, WHO NEEDS DVD's??????

As for TvLand and it's decision to air a mix of shows rather than a marathon, something tells me if they had gone with a marathon of some show, people would be upset because it wouldn't be the show they'd want to watch. And besides, what show would they air as a marathon? TVland has had many marathons already so what is left? I wouldn't want to watch a marathon of some show that ISN'T AIRING, I would rather see TVland ADD TO THEIR SCHEDULE SHOWS THAT WE HAVEN'T SEEN, but not a marathon.

It's hard for me to sympathize with Fresh Prince Fans, because that show is regularly on cable. I can't watch My Three Sons and other older shows anywhere.

What do you mean by shorter?-lol And I need the DVD's because N@N eps are EDITED remember?-lol And As far as the Whatever-thon, I just feel if should be one type of show shown all day or another. Now if they chose sitcoms it probably wouldn't be what I want to see but atleast it would be a marathon of the same type of programming

Solomon, your rants are getting shorter-LOL. Last week I thought it was short, but this week it was even shorter!

IMO, the reason they're not releasing the DVD's is because people think they can watch any time they want to on NAN. All they have to do is turn on the TV and it'll be on-LOL. Plus, I heard season 4 sales were not good at all (according to Gord Lacey at TSoD.com, it sold just half the units Full House S4 did), but can you blame people for not buying them? I sold all 4 of my sets awhile ago, and don't miss them a bit.

With the TVland thing, they're marathons are really odd. They're airing tons of I Love Lucy (which I love, but already air it a lot), plus some Sanford and Son and Andy Griffith, at weird times, plus they got those movies airing in there - it makes no sense. Why not just air a night of Thanksgiving episodes from all different TV Shows? That's more Thanksgiving than airing episodes of shows that aren't Thanksgiving-related.

Exactly, I don't know about I love Lucy but Sanford and Son don't have any Thanksgiving eps-lol Why the hell would that show be seen on Thanksgiving?

Far as the rant, it's still two topics every week with a paragraph length for each topic, the way it has been since June-lol I'm not sure what you and Irene mean by shorter

I know it's still 2 topics, but I think you're just writing less for each topic. They're still good, but just less to read-LOL

THey should be airing what Nick at Nite usually does for their holiday specials (air a night of the holida-themed episodes.) it doesn't make any sense to air I Love Lucy, Sanford, and Andy Griffith in marathon-formats for no reason.

Before I read your post, I was going to say the exact same thing!

Those fans are watching it from now until 6am tomorrow morning. And they probably will do the same thing tomorrow. Ugh.

I agree. I think people just shrug it off when they see the DVD sets in the store, because they just say "I can catch it on Nick at Nite tonight, and every other night. They air it for about 7 hours straight."
