As you know we never see the character who was the voice of the loud speaker but was the character "Sparky" ever shown om M*A*S*H ???

I know he was shown at least once as Sgt Sparky Pryor in the first season episode "Tuttle" which aired last night on Tv Land.

Yup, i believe thats the only time he was ever shown

the actor that played him in that episode is also heard as the voice of Leroy on the record that Radar plays for Hawkeye & Trapper in the first season episode "LOVE STORY".

Well, it took a bit of research but, the actor who played Sparky was a character actor named Dennis Fimple
