Buffy The Vampire Slayer - Dawn was taller than Buffy by the end of the series.

Full House - Stephanie was taller than D.J. by the end of the series.

Growing Pains - Ben was taller than Mike and Carol by the end of the series.

Roseanne - I think Darlene may have gotten taller than Becky. And I think D.J. was taller than them both by the end of the series.

Leave It To Beaver- I think during the last season, Beaver got taller than Wally, if not Beaver was at least the same height as Wally.
