I so agree with you about that MNF guest in the booth.. I turned the game off when Terry Bradshaw went up there. The announcers always lose interest in the game around that time too. They not only talk but they switch the camera back to them...I guess they think we forgot what they look like. lol

Yea I'm angry about the strike too. I'm just stockpiling a few shows so I'll have something to watch after the Holidays. I'm using the time to take a break though. I watch too much tv. Their's only about 5 shows I'll really miss. The only thing I'm worried about is the new shows that I like. They could be in danger but since the networks won't be able to see new pilots if the strike continues, they might stick with them longer.

Fortunately for me, the TV strike doesn't affect me AT ALL. The shows that air on tv today don't even qualify as entertainment. Thank god for TV shows on DVD. I purchase the GOOD, CLASSIC shows and watch them over and over. I don't think the strike will affect the future releases of classic shows on dvd, just current stuff that I don't buy anyway.

Boo-ooh, Jay Leno is a rerun! Could you start thinking about other people and not just about yourself? And is your Weird TV Moment always going to be about Live with Regis and Kelly? Is it the only show you watch during the week? Oh, wait, you also watch ESPN.

I'm not just talking about me, I included every one when I said-"So WE can get back to our normal TV lives. I think u missed that sentence and as far as the Weird Moment, that's what stood out the most. Last week's Weird Moment was not Regis and Kelly, it was another show.

For me, the writers' strike is important for the writers. It is not the first time they have striked. You would think the industry would have learned the first few times they striked and how it affects television. Without writers, you have no television, so give them what they want and deserve.

You have stated exactly how I feel. The only show that I will miss is everybody hates chris.

You made out. Everybody Hates Chris is the only show I've read about that already has their full 22 episodes produced.

Good rant Solomon. I was really surprised how short it was this week, but you did get the point out. This writer's strike is affecting everyone's TV watching lives. I was starting to get into a lot of new shows this season, but now this strike is killing them all.

Yea i agree with that whole guest thing. They should announce the damn game! They sound all stupid trying to announce and talk to the person at the same time. Yea they should use halftime. But I really liked having bradshaw as a guest
