Nope. It's sung by Jesse Frederick, the same person who sings Family Matters' and Step by Step's theme song. You can listen to all three on my signature below:

Thanks, I knew Jesse wrote the theme & some sources claim John Stamos sang it but further research proves you to be right.

Jesse Frederick is correct.

Many say it is Stamos though.
