What is a good camcorder under $400? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Im looking to buy a good camcorder. Does anyone here own one that they are happy with that costs less then $400 bucks?

From what I've been told, you get what you pay for when it comes to camcorders. That's why I don't have one.

I have a Sony I've had for a couple of years. I think I paid close to 400.00 for it. It works good for me. Go to a Best buy or Circuit city or some store like that and ask the sales person to give you some info on them. Good luck and happy buying.
