I don't know, a repeat? Doesn't make much sense. I am very surprised because it is the middle of sweeps. They must not have many episodes before the strike hits.

Brent, from what I heard the show will air through sweeps. I think what they meant in the article is, they will not return to shoot more episodes (they tape on Tuesdays). I'll see what I can find. They do have at least 4 episodes to air. So, it will be 4 and done probably, if the strike is long.

I'm so confused. It's in an article about shooting episodes, but it says it won't return from a planned hiatus Wednesday.

(which the airings have been on a planned hiatus due to baseball)

Makes no sense to pull it during sweeps either.

There also hasn't been an official release to say what's airing instead.

I think they were off a week in shooting episodes. Maybe they come on Wednesdays to get the scripts and shoot on Tuesdays. It makes sense, because usually sitcoms need 5 working days before a shoot. Wed, Thurs, Fri, Mon, and Tues are five days.

They simply read the article I posted. It was a direct quote "won't return from a planned hiatus"

If this is true, my guess is they want to keep the 4 episodes to air after Idol.
