Fan Fiction: UK version of the Simpsons

There is a family called the Simpsons who live in a small town in the English countryside called Springfield. The father is an ale drinking fat man named Homer, who is a big fan of the Premier League. All characters are basically the same, except they're English and speak with an English accent. The show would satire English politics and culture.

I think it has about as much chance as the idea I had for an episode of Highlander Named All Creatures great and small or, alternately,
Nine Lives? where Richie finds an immortal cat and has a run in with a maverick watcher who is incensed at the idea, and goes around killing and decapitating cats at random because he can't stand the idea of a cat that could potentially outlive him.
