Final season or series set on dvd news? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I am waiting for news on the final season and possibly a series set like they do with other shows. Any info?

There seems to be 6-7 months in between releases, with the exception of season 7, which came out 3 months after season 6. I'd look for season 8 around February or March. I think once all of the seasons have been released, they'll come out with a season set.

I've been collecting both Home Improvement and The Golden Girls (both are released by Buena Vista Home Entertainment) since November 2004 and they usually release DVDs during February, May, August and November. As November is already out of play, I'd guess at possibly February or May for Season 8.

On the subject of a complete series set, all I can say is that they released the final season of Golden Girls in February 2007 and there has been no word about a complete series. Take from that what you will...

I'd guess anywhere from March to June of next year. I doubt it would be any later than that.

im getting impatient waiting for season 8 I want to finsish off this set so bad, plus I just want to be able to watch season 8 uninterrupted.
