'The Office' To Spin Off
October 31, 2007 -- 'THE Office" may be getting a new branch.
NBC is quietly developing a spin-off to "The Office" that will feature none of the characters from the original show, according to TV Guide. It is an idea that has been kicked around for some time, an industry source told The Post. The critically acclaimed show, which remains one of the few bright spots on NBC's prime time lineup, is a remake of a popular U.K. version.
