Corner Gas picked up three awards this year: Best Comedy Program or Series, Best Ensemble Performance in a Comedy Program or Series, and Best Writing in a Comedy or Variety Program or Series (Mark Farrel). Yeah for them!

For our Southern neighbours, the Gemini Awards is Canada's (somewhat smaller) version of the Emmy's.

Its about time, this show has been the best thing to come out of Canada since maple syrop for the last 5 years, and the Gemini awards kept snubbing it! (Until now~!)
