Default The One New TV show this season you are about to GIVE UP ON?

That one show for me is "Carpoolers", it has slightly become boring and has not gotten any better since the first episode. Also there is only one real MANLY MAN out of the 4 guys while the other 3 are kind of WIMPY. Tonight proabably will be my last night

there's nothing that I started this season that I feel like giving up on anytime soon, but I already missed one episode of Reaper and I'm not gasping around torrent sites trying to find it since it's not exactly a show where you're screwed if you miss one episode. I'll catch it later this season in a rerun.

It's not new, but I gave up on Boston Legal S4 after 3 or 4 episodes. I wasn't satisfied with the way they integrated John Larroquette into the show. If John is only there as a ratings booster and a plot advancement, I'm gone. I don't understand why the hardcore fans are giving John such praise when the character is so hollow and meaningless.

Carpoolers for me too. I basically only tuned in to see Faith Ford, but as I've been watching it, the show's just boring. I don't think I'll be watching tonight, unless I tape it.

The only new show I watch is Back To You, and I love it. I'm not giving it up.

I havent seen any of the new shows, I was planning to try Back to you, but, its on Weds, when TSN has their NHL game of the week, so, when the hockey season is over, ill probably try it out, if it hasnt been cancelled.

I work when Back To You is on so I've been catching it online. If you Google the show title it will take you right to its site where you can watch full episodes. It's the only new show I've been watching this season and I like it so far. I'll tell you what old shows I've given up on this year though...just tired of them, I guess, and some I didn't like all that much to begin with:

Desperate Housewives
Smallville
Brothers and Sisters
LOST
How I Met Your Mother
.....all cancelled in bingbang's schedule book!

Never really started watching anything. Caught a couple new shows, but they weren't anything I'd watch weekly.

I'm still on the fence about Reaper and Journeyman. I'm still not sure with Caveman and Carpoolers.

I think Reaper is okay from the episodes I've seen, but the Sock character annoys me to no end. Sometimes I feel on the fence about that myself.

I feel the same way even tho Sock is starting to annoy me less. My main prob with him is that it seems like the producers are really trying to make him the "best friend/sidekick who the fans might like more than the lead" type of character (ala Fonzie, Willow, Jackie, etc...) and it's too blatant, when I think incidents like those happen by fluke, not by choice. I think the show is fun to watch but I don't see it becoming a favorite, and I can see the show getting old quickly if the writers can't figure out what to do.
