She's referring to the "Quiz Show" episode. Remember the bum who first showed up at the apartment that Lucy thought was sent over from the radio show? Lucy introduced him to Ricky as her first husband. Then later the actual guy from the radio show arrived (played by Phil Ober) and Lucy introduced him to Ricky as her "second first husband." At the time this episode was filmed, Phil Ober was married to Vivian Vance, and Ober was Vivian's third husband.
