Sitcoms these days suck mostly, but I'd still watch one of those over a CSI.

Classic Comedies (Plus Corner Gas)
Anime
Game shows

Least faves(in order)

Crime dramas
Westerns
Historical fiction (as a fan of TRUE history, these things really bug me)
Reality Shows
Comedies that consist of one sexual innuendo after another

Fave - vintage sitcoms & dramas

Least fave - reality, hands down.

Well, actually two of my favorite genres have been pretty much absent from
the airwaves for nearly 30 years: westerns and variety shows. It would be
nice to see that type of programming again--but I'm not holding my breath as
long as the reality show craze continues. Scripted television shows are
vanishing, putting many talented writers and actors out of work. The TV
landscape is not what it used to be.

My favorites are comedies,sci-fi shows ,and game shows.My least favorite ones are the endless glut of sleazy talk and boring courtroom shows.

Yuck!

Soapy Dramas/Dramadies (like what's so popular on ABC nowadays) Though I still have a soft spot for the days when I watched Soap Operas

One Camera Sitcoms with no live audience (oddly I like ones from the 60s/70s, like Hogan's Heroes and I Dream of Jeannie, but I hate modern ones)

And it's weird how you rarely see people admit to liking reality shows yet their ratings are so high--someone must be watching them!
