The last season of Roseanne. I loved the cast morphing in the frames . . . very unique! I loved the music video-type credits for The Drew Carey Show. Then Murphy Brown's first 2 seasons were very unique . . . it was a different opening and song every episode.

Corner Gas...for those of you who havent seen it, the camera begins by showing Brent at the pumps who waves at Lacey, pans to her waving back, then fast-pans from one vignette featuring the rest of the cast to another in a matter of 30 seconds; then pans back again, to the gas station (where it began), where the whole cast is reuinited together .
(Its hard to explain, you really have to SEE it!)

I love the animated Bewitched opening, of course. Another favorite of mine is Soap, with the family beating up on each other.

The Home Improvement opening credits are definitely my favorite. The Nanny is a close second.

Sitcoms:

Maude - The theme, the scenes of NY and Bea Arthur's various face shots morphing into the end of the theme song.
Good Times - the Chicago scenery, but the ones used from 1977-79 were better.
Bob Newhart Show, The - The ones used from 1975-78.
Facts of Life, The - The S7-S9 versions: the updated theme (which was the best one between FoL, DS, and Silver Spoons) and the cast clips of the cast over the years.
Chico and the Man - Jose Feliciano's flamenco opening theme, along with the scenery of the barrio of East L.A.. Also a plus for the closing credits, too!
Amen - I always get a kick out of Sherman Hemsley strutting around the church cocking his head and the sign at the beginning of the opening that says "DON'T EVEN THINK OF PARKING HERE!"
Night Court - The theme tune and the cast's shots
Barney Miller - The theme tune and the ones used from S2 until before Jack Soo's death.
Simpsons, The - b/c of the changing gag scenes at the end of the openings
Family Ties - the ones that had the paintings the best!

Non-Sitcoms:
Hawaii Five-O - that great theme song and the scenery of Honolulu, Hawaii
Hill Street Blues - the theme tune and the cast members.
St. Elsewhere - the cast faces and activities in the hospital
Sopranos, The - the theme son and the scenes of New Jersey
A-Team, the - The music and opening made me wanna go pepper people with bullets.
Lost in Space - The S3 version mostly b/c like a previous poster said b/c of the Countdown meshing well into the opening theme.
Kojak - The final season version, with the disco beat, changing letters and the scenes that almost resemble the style of "The Rockford Files" opening credits. Speaking of which...
Rockford Files, the - The answering machine, the scenes of James Garner cruising through various L.A. spots and the theme song.
CHiPs - As much as I hated S6's eps., I did like the opening scenes much better.
Mission: Impossible - The theme song made you wanna act like a spy.

Frasier - All of them.
M*A*S*H - Season 5, the drums in the intro had some kick to them in that season.
Will & Grace - Season 2 only.
