Definitely seasons 7 and 8. I like how they showed how the family had changed throughout the series.

I liked the opening from the first three seasons the best.

Seasons 7 and 8 were a bit different, I believe. Season 7 had Johnathon Taylor Thomas in the credits, with that cool changing Home Improvement sign. In season 8, I think they replaced that and made it even shorter yet.

Anyways, season 7 and 8 were always my favorite.
