Eva Longoria already splits her time modeling for Bebe Sport and starring on Desperate Housewives. Now the Latina actress is adding a new line to her résumé: restaurateur. TV Guide learned that the People’s Choice winner has teamed up with Bon Appétit’s 2001 Restaurateur of the Year to open an upscale Mexican eatery in Hollywood.

Beso, derived from the Spanish word for kiss, will feature a wide variety of menu items including paella, tapas, organic beef, seafood and a ceviche bar. Longoria is already working with chef Todd English to ensure that family recipes as well as her own "famous" guacamole dip will be incorporated into the mix.

Look for the two-story restaurant, situated on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Ivar Street, to open later this fall.
