Frances Bay is Hollywood's Canadian Grandma. She was in Seinfeld as the marble rye lady, Happy Days as Fonzie's grandma and Happy Gilmore with Adam Sandler as the loving grandmother. I am her cousin from Winnipeg, MB Canana and I am putting pressure on the Canada Walk of Fame to induct Ms. Bay for her 90 birthday.
