tivo record tv question - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

hey i got a question now that the future of tv most people like record tv like i know they count the how many viewers a show got by watch it when it on but like do they count in the people who recorded it what if they say a show doing bad but it doing it just that people record it

The Tivo viewers are counted separately from the nielson box viewers. I love how now everyone who's shows aren't doing as well in the ratings as they wish they would, use the famous "Well many people Tivo/DVR this show and that show, rather than watch it live."

BTW, why did you post this on "The Big Bang Theory" board?
