It will air at 11:30 p.s.t. I hope I don't fall asleep in the middle of the episode again.

I bought a DVD recorder. I know how to record while the program is airing, so I could pop in a disc just in case I fall asleep, but I am not tired. So, at least this time I will watch it.

OMG seeing Brent Leroy's yearbook pic...

That caught me off guard! I wish I had recorded that episode simply so I could go back to that scene and pause it on the yearbook pic.

I dont watch them either

Apparently, that scene with Karen in the paintstore was a parody from a scene in a movie, but, i forget which one.

This ep is my least fave of the first season, its a 6 in a season of 10s ....
which still isnt bad.

my fave line in the whole show is poor Lacey, all frustrated that Karen has chased everyone away from her restaurant on the night of her "big promotion", turns to Karen and says "Way to kill wing night!" (It's hardly the funniest line ever spoken on TV, but, just the WAY she said it made me ) ...Gabrielle Miller is a wonderful actress, dont you think? I cant imagine Tara Spencer (Karen) who first read for the Lacey part in that role; it never would have worked!

You are right abt her lines. It goes for many of the lines said on CG. If you heard them said on some other show by some other actor/actress, it wouldn't be so funny. Somehow, these actors/actresses have a way of saying some lines that are just hysterically funny. Even Lacey, she may have some of the lines that could be mundane, but she puts a little spin on it and with her face, it speaks volumes!!!!

Exactly , Gabrielle Miller uses her eyes in a way the silent screen actresses did, only more natural and subtle; its refreshing to see a young actress who doesnt just try to get by on her looks ( and she could if she wanted to, i find her hot as the sun! ), she actually puts little natural gestures and facial expressions into her acting, even when the camera isnt on HER...watch any scene when shes with Brent, even when the camera is on him, you can see her reacting in the background, or on the side!

Who else do you think is a great actor on this show?

Well, at least *I* have an excuse, being math dislexic, as you know.....so, I wouldnt even NOTICE such a thing ^_^'

Speaking of dislexia, it seems that whoever is running the eps for WGN must have dislexia themselves, as the season 1 eps seem to be even MORE out of order than the FIRST TIME!!!! (You'd think they would have fixed that, second time around!!@_@ )

You have math dislexia and I have Alzheimers. I forgot abt that Mikey.

Yeah, the schedule of shows really is going batty. Last week they aired two episodes from 2007. This is really crazy.
