Default For peple who watch the View, do you feel like your EYES are in a TV Traffic Jam when

Barbara Walters opens her mouth?-lol She slows down the show so much and it just FLOWS so much better when she is home. Who agrees with this?

hearing her voice is like hearing a old beat up car with engine problems coming down tne street. She needs to GO or start a Golden Girl like spinoff for people in her age bracket called the OLDER VIEW

LOL

How about THE VIEW OVER THE HILL? I know what you mean. When she's there, it seems whenever there's a chance there is about to be a lively discussion, she puts the brakes on and it becomes bland and boring. Frankly, like her or not, since Rosie left the show has gone back, in large part, to mindless babble about tabloid crap like Britney Spears and things that are of no consequence or importance to our lives.

I think she does that because she wants to put a lid on something before just in case it has the tendency to boil over-lol Like today when it looked like Whoopi and Elisabeth were talking about ages, and Elisabeth said I'm 30 and Whoopi was like OH REALLY???-lol

Barbara does slow the show down, IMO. She's a great interviewer/reporter (there's no doubt about that), but as far as being on the View panel, nope! She's a drag. And quite frankly, Whoopi bores me at times too.

And I said this a few weeks ago; Whenever Barbara is there, the girls are on their best behavior. They don't talk about that many interesting, or fun things. It's like she's the class Teacher, and when she's gone, the women act like a substitute is in the room.

Yeah I noticed that too. Five Woman is too many anyway to be at the table.

Hey Solomon, did you see she did pretty much the same thing on yesterday's show, when Meredith was hanging out with them?

Joy to Meredith: "I didn't cry over other people leaving, only you."

Then Barbara replies with: "I think we could do without that." And "As I would say, let's move on."

Ugh. What a way to bring the mood down!
