'Ugly Betty' Star Urges Britney & Lindsay To 'Get A Job'

Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan would be in less trouble if they spent more time working, according to Ugly Betty star America Ferrera. The Emmy-winning actress admits the young stars' party-loving antics baffle her because she's always too tired to go clubbing, and she thinks Spears and Lohan would benefit from working harder and socializing less.

Ferrera says, "My advice to anyone who gets into too much trouble is, 'Get a job!' I can't get into trouble because I'm working all the time... I'm too busy working and focusing on what I'm doing to be out partying."

And my advice to her is to slow down on the MEAT and GRAVY because I saw her on the View yesterday and she looks like she is getting chunkier

America needs to mind her own business. As I recall, they already have jobs. Lindsay and Britney are ten times paid then her and ten times popular than her.

Lindsay is in rehab thank you very much, give the poor girl a break, at least she's trying. It's funny how much people in the media and on this board slams Lindsay by calling her every name in the book. She's back in rehab and is cleaning up her life, leave her the hell alone!

America Ferrera has her head on straight, along with a lot of other young stars...Amanda Bynes, Hillary Duff, Raven Simone, Mandy Moore, Melissa Joan Hart, Kirsten Dunst, Alyssa Milano to name just a few...although it takes effort, it can be done in that business and when the likes of Lohan and Spears grow up and figure things out and take advantage of some of the "breaks" they've already been given, then we'll talk.

But with you all calling the girl immature names like 'slut' and 'trash' says a lot about your character. And yes.. Lindsay and Britney are more FAMOUS than America. If America and Lindsay came out with a movie the same weekend, Lindsay's would beat her so don't deny that.

You all are too hard on the girl. She's trying to get her life in order despite what the haters like you say about her, so leave her alone. And i'm talking about Lohan, not Spears. Britney's chances are up and unlike MOST of you, i'm not going to judge her. You don't walk in Lindsay's shoes, and until you do, stop judging her and quit forming a silly opinion based on your hate for her.

Um...Melisha Joan Hart? Is this the same girl who almost posed nude for Gear or one of those skin magazines to promote her flop back in 1999?

Kirsten Dunst is no stranger to the L.A bad party herself..
Hilary Duff, is this the same girl who started a feud with Lindsay and dated a 25-year old before she turned eighteen?...try again sweetheart.

Bottom line, Lindsay is trying to get her act together the last thing she needs right now is grown behind people calling her names and judging her. SMH.
