Here is the most recent pic you will see of his hat. Also note that she is holding his Oscar from Harry and Tonto. You might get a glimpse of this hat if you attend our convention next year in NY. Woo! Woo! What I wouldn't give to own that hat...

I seem to remember reading that the Norton hat indeed was of the felt variety.

It's the real hat. I was suprised myself of what it really looks like. I got it from Robin, Carney's niece. She is in contact with his sons and they will be attending our convention in NY, along with some other relatives. Oh Baby!
Jesse Goldberg got a chance to hold it at one of the RALPH conventions when he met one of his sons.
