I found out last night that my best friend has cancer.

It has made me feel really sad. I cried last night. My friend called me and told me that my best friend has cancer. I have known my best friend since 1995. She's only 58. I hope she is able to beat the cancer. I'm trying to keep good thoughts and remember that people can survive cancer, but right now it's hard to keep that in mind. I kept hoping that the results would turn out ok. She's such a wonderful person and the news has made her friends and family so sad.

I'm so sorry, Jenny. I guess all you can do now is pray for her and be there for her. Hopefully, she'll beat it. Many women are breast cancer survivors.

I am really sorry to hear this abt your friend. Having had members in my family have cancer and knowing all that it involves, I can only say be strong for your friend. My boyfriend's cousin has just beaten breast cancer so please believe that there is always hope. I will keep her in my prayers and I will pray that you will find the comfort and strength to help her.

Awww, I'm so sorry. What kind of cancer is it? So many types are being fought successfully nowadays.

My mom has a friend battling that right now. If they caught it early, her prognosis is good I bet.
