Default Favorite Recurring Character or Actor on GAB!

There were quite a few recurring characters on GAB!, especially during the first two seasons. I was wondering, who is your favorite recurring character or actor on GAB! For example, my favorite is Harrison Page as Hamilton Storm, the Channel 6 news reporter.

I believe that Hamilton Storm was the news resporter in "The Robbery". I would be very interested in knowing whether he was in any other episodes. Also, if he was, was it the same actor?

One recurring character that I remember is Katie's friend Valerie. In the first season, she was played by Helen Hunt. I am not sure who played her in the second season, but I believe that her first name was Bonnie. I have no idea why they changed actresses. In any event, she only made one appearance in each season and was never seen or mentioned again.

As far as my favorite recurring actor or actress, I would have to go with Hazel Shermet. She played Rita in "Mom's Birthday", Mrs. Larry Rhine in "The Emergency" and Woman at Party in "Nell Goes Door to Door". I think that she did a "great" job in all of the above parts! I just wish that there was more information about her out there! I have posted a lot of previous messages in which I wrote what things about her I especially liked. I would be "very" interested in reading what other fans think of these posts!

Yes, it was. He was also in several episodes in Season 2. He also played "Bob" in the "A Good Man is Hard to Find" episode from Season 1. However, in Season 4, Harrison Page played the role of Addy's date in the Christmas episode.

I liked the Swackhammer guy in season 2. I know he was in "Nell Goes to Jail" and "Nell Goes Door to Door" but can't remember if he was in any other episodes after season 2. I liked the way Nell interacted with him.

Although I have already posted on this site and answered the question that was asked, I am posting again for the sake of bringing this thread back to the top of the page. I have recently started "tons" of posts and gotten "zero" responses so far! I would "really" like to stimulate some more conversation about this series! I thought that if I brought this thread to the top, more people might be inspired to tell the world their favorite recurring character of actor. I would now like to return to the fact that mine is Hazel Shermet. Since I responded to this thread, I have done a "lot" of research on her and found "very" little! I guess that she is just one of those people who likes her privacy. In any event, anyone else out there who likes her might want to read one of the many threads that I recently started. Throughout these threads, I have offered a "lot" of ideas about her! In any event, take care and be well.

About an hour-and-a-half ago, I broght another thread from the third page of this board to the top of the heep. So far, it has not generated any responses. Maybe this, oldie but goody will get the ball rolling again! I have already told the world what recurring characters I especially liked and I would love to read posts by some other folks!

Last night and early this morning, I brought five old threads to the top of this page in an attempt to stimulate some conversation about this fine series. So far, I have generated some views but zero responses! I think a lot of this might have to do with how little prospect there is in terms of more seasons coming out on DVD. This is something that I feel very bad about! In any event, I am bringing this one to the top in hopes that it might stimulate some more conversation. Take care!

Uncle Ed was the best recurring character. He was very likeable and a lot of fun. It's a shame that he was just dropped after he got married.

I thought Angie was hilarious! I wish she got more screen time.

That squeaky voice of hers! She sounded like a really dumb mouse!
