"When Your Dad Gives You An A"

[At Bate's Academy]

Doug: Hey guys, did u hear about that Coach Michaels is leaving?
Kevin: Yep, it will not be such a loss though.
Doug: Why do you say that?
Kevin: No more sit-ups!
Chris: Yeah, but we are still stuck with Mr. Smith. He is such a weasel!
Doug: I know a secret about him.
Kevin and Chris: What?
Doug: Mr. Smith has a toupee!
Kevin: God is that old news!
Chris: Yeah, but it is still pretty funny!

[Mr. Smith Walks In]

Mr. Smith: Hello Boys. How are we working today?
Chris: We're working like Santa's Elves.
Doug: Like race car drivers!
Kevin: Like the guys that fry the french fries at McDonalds!
Mr. Smith: I'am not very full of humor and joy today Mr. York.
Kevin: Me neither sir, just trying to be helpful.
Mr. Smith: Whe n you are helpful? That'll be the day!

[The boys in their room at Bate's]

Doug: So guys, what did you think of today's mystery meat?
Kevin: Don't make me laugh. I'd rather eat the stuff that my parents feed my dog.
Chris: Oh I love that stuff!
Doug: Chris.
Chris: What?
Doug: Shut ya trap!
Chris: I don't see any mouse traps around. Why, are there any mice crawling around that will eat us and rule the world???
Kevin: Ever since I took him to see "The Mouse That Ate Volkswagon", he's been koo-koo.

[The phone rings]
[Doug answers it, and it's his dad, Todd.

Doug: Hi dad!'
Todd: Hi there son!
Todd: So, how's my little guy doing?
Doug: I'm fine dad, how's Mom.
Todd: She's doing great. Today I found a great job, and it is right on your street in fact!
Doug: Really? That's cool. What are you going to be?
Todd: They said that I'am going to be a full-time gym teacher.

[Doug rolls his eyes]

Doug: Dad, did u know that you just got a job here at Bates?
Todd: That's cool. I didn't know that, they just told me the address.
Doug: Excuse me Dad, I have to go to the bathroom.

[Doug runs into the bathroom, and throws up.

Chris: I guess that the mystery meat hit him good this time around...

[In the gym the next day]

Doug: I can't belive that my Dad is going to be teaching us in gym for the rest of the year.
Chris: I'd love my dad to teach us. Or even my Grandma!
Kevin: You need some real help buddy.

[Todd walks in]

Todd: Hello kids! I'am your new gym teacher, and I'am also the loving father of little Dougie over there! You know, when he was 4 monthes old, he had a little gas, and he started saying, Da-Da, me want eat! It was so cute.

[Doug's cheecks turn red]

Todd: Anyways, it's time to get you guys working out! Give me 30 jumping jacks, 40 sit-ups, and then order some sandwitches from Subway. Get moving!

Doug: I can't belive that we are doing this.
Kevin: I even liked my old coach better.
Chris: If you want, I can get my Grandma!

[Kevin and Doug roll their eyes]
[After gym Doug walks into his dad's office]

Doug: Dad, why did you do that to me today?
Todd: Son, some fathers don't een rememnber the first day that you walk, and I remember that little bit. That just shows how much I love you.
Doug: But Dad, you didn't have to tell the whole world!
Todd: What would your mother say? Would she say anything different?
Doug: I guess not. Well Dad, see ya.
Todd: And son. Give me 20 jumping jacks...just kidding!
