I was browsing the internet when I found an interesting video that compares the Dennis Depue case to the beginning of the movie Jeepers Creepers (2003)....the resemblance is shocking and it seems possible that the film makers did in fact copy the beginning of the segment..here are some of the similarities the poster made:
1. A male and female are driving down a lonely country road. 2. They are playing a game where they make names out of licence plates. 3. A killer in a van drives past them. 4. They drive past an old abandoned building where the killer is dumping bloody sheets/bodies. 5. The killer pulls up behind them again. 6. They return to the old abandoned building to investigate. In some ways It seems just a coincidence but If you watch them both, the setting is VERY similar, so that lead me to believe that Jeepers Creepers stole it from Unsolved Mysteries haha. |
