I want to know would anyone know what happened to Earl played by George Memmoli on Hello Larry? What is he doing nowadays?

Never mind. I found out from www.us.imdb.com . He died on 05-20-85. It did not say why but, does anyone know how he died? Well, McLean Stevenson passed over from cancer...

I think he probably died of a heart attack or a heart related disease due to his extra weight, but I do not know that for a fact..

He died in 1985 from injuries sustained in an accident involving a stunt car during the filming of "The Farmer" in 1976 or 1977. His death was not related to his weight.

whoa! there's a hello larry thread. that's so great!

that's so sad about george. you could tell by watching the show that his size would be a problem later in life; i bet he wouldn't have lived to be terribly old even if he hadn't had the misfortune to be in a car accident.

anyway, i got the show a few months ago and i love it. i've been a huge kim richards AND ike eisenmann fan since i was a little kid and saw the witch mountain movies for the first time. i dunno if everyone knows but KR is going to be in a new movie, it's coming out in a couple of weeks. i don't know how big her part's going to be but it actually looks to be a serious, high budget movie -- stars samuel jackson and christina ricci. so here's wishing success for it and here's hoping a hello larry box set comes out on DVD someday soon with loads and loads of extras, as a gift to those of us who fondly remember the days of disco and gary coleman...
