Losing weight is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I can’t seem to make enough time or have enough energy to do much. It’s so sad. Does anyone else feel the same? Are their ways of getting around the tiredness of everyday life, so that you can workout for just 20 minutes?

I find that if I wake up and do a quick routine of some kind for 25 minutes, I get a boost of energy. I do the same thing at night too!! The weekends are for the experimental workouts but during the week I generally have the same routine. For more advice and tips I found this site to be helpful, http://www.findyourdetour.com/. I hope it helps!
