One last poll - I'm likely not going to bother to read comments, as I dont' have time, but I hope you've enjoyed the education stuff I put up before about the pediatrician in a realistic situation.
It's about the Counting Crows concert. Forget whether Michelle knew the name, kids can get things mixed up. it's not stuff for an 8YO, nor is it really for a 13YO, I would personally think in a realistic situation D.J. and Kimmy might go. (Or Steph and Gia. Steph is a bit wilder in the TVU as far as her tastes.) The choices are pretty straightforward - same sort of poll as before, when it was decided that Danny picked out a new video camera *plus* what Michelle got, and we didn't see him present that gift b/c of the episode end. Another poll dealt with "A House Divided" as a dream,a nd still a 3rd said they'd get a couple hours in the museum on Super Bowl Sunday in a realistic setting, for the Chronology. Answer 1 is to keep as is. I bet nobody picks that :-) Answer 2 is that Steph's busy w/Gia & D.J. with Kimmy, those groups have to choose. Likely D.J. and Kimmy go, as Danny *would* be really bothered by the lyrics from what I hear, though someone else may know better, I don't know the group. Answer 3 is pretty logical. Remember the Daffy Duck Film Festival Joey took Steph to in, I believe, "13 Candles"? If Michelle can't talk by herself (possible, too much jesse attitude yet a little) someone helps her (perhaps Steph remidning her of that.) Joey takes her something fancy on her level, and the girl promise something next weekend. (I forget what Joey does int his ep. - maybe babysits the twins?) Would be a good reward for Michelle if she does talk about her feelings instead of just acting like Jesse. Answer 4 is if you think D.J. is willing to bend a little here and do stuff with Michelle, letting Steph and Gia go. This would be more a Book Universe vote, but you might go for that, though she's not the mothering influence here most everyone feels she's had to react a lot, so maybe she'll figure she'll reward talking like this. Besides, it, too, could be doctor's orders. Let's say D.J. is the authority figure in Michelles' life. The doctor might have said she needs to be doing some stuff with her and rewarding her for coming out and talking about her feelings, and this would be a good one. Answer 5 is if you want Michelle to go with one of her sisters but it's a different group. That wcould be argued, because you could argue the writers (the "pen pal" who writes to you through the show) only wanted to make jokes instead of telling you the real reason, just like they made the joke about Kimmy airing out her feet but the realistic thing for th eTanner Family Chronicles is it was a speeding ticket. Joey picks "Counting crows" for the girls, but he could always call and ask what's wanted; I forget how he got the tickets, though it might have been someone coming in tot he radio station. |
