Does anyone know why Miichiga's first three Football Games are at home? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Their first Two games were at home and I went to turn to the game today against Norte Dame and they are playing at home again? WHY?? Does anyone other College Team get three straight home games?

And since this is the case are Michigan's next three games on the Road?

Yes, the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers are playing their third straight game at home too.

Part of that is how big of a program they are, and how big their stadium is. They aren't going to send Michigan to Appalachian St. whos stadium seats like 2,000 when they can sellout the Big House in Michigan (I'm assuming they sold out). Notre Dame also has more home than road games this year.

I think the bigger programs also have some say in who and where the games are played when their non-conference games are scheduled.

I believe rutgers plays their first 5 at home...they only play 4 road games this year
