Different strokes First aired - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I don't want to come across as a negative person I thought that the pilot of Different Strokes aired in 1978 and was wondering why it is been put in the category of 1980's. Here is the link to prove that I am saying is accurate. Unless they made a mistake on the website that I am referring to. I remember watching it as well back in near end of the 70's too. ig began in the late 70,s and ended in 85 or 86

First off, Chris it is nice to see you back on the boards again posting and number two, the show did start in the 70's but ran for a majority of the time through the 80's. It is mainly know as an 80's era program. Hope this helps.
