Actor-turned-restaurateur Wilmer Valderrama is planning his first Las Vegas diner with pop star Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton. The trio is the brains behind steak house The Company at the Luxor hotel and casino.

Thrilled Valderrama, who has been involved in a number of Los Angeles restaurants, says, "It's going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor."

He tells People magazine, "There's a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it's a different branding, kind of next generation type things."

The Company is expected to open before Christmas.

I heard about this for quite some time, I can't wait until it opens! Wilmer is very creative and business minded when it comes to his restaurants. I hope it works out for them, I wish them the best of luck.
