The Mom annoyed me in the episode tonight about going to the Ballet - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Tim wanted to take mark to the Basketball Game and The Mom was upset that they didn't stay at the Ballet? and then she says she want her sons to like something besides, Sports, Tools, and Cars, but BALLET??-lol Also she said she wanted the boys to like some of the things she likes??? HUH??-lol

I wouldn't be taking my son to a Ballet over a Basketball Game-lol

I think Jill is trying to turn Mark into the daughter she never had, LOL!

LOL, I think she was feeling out-numbered living in a house full of boys! She also liked to bake with Mark. In the episode "Maybe, Baby" from season 3, Brad and Randy told Mark that she really wanted him to be a girl.

Jill was always annoying at times. I fell bad for Patricia Richardson, because the writers amde her character seem whiny, especially the first few seasons. I know, speaking as a mother, I would much rather want my son to go to a basketball game if that's where he wanted to go. But, that whole episode was one of the worse ones.

Wilson got on my nerves too-lol He was the reason that Tim didn't go to the ballet and had the nerve to call him ignorant

I have to admit, I would prefer my son to go to the basketball game too. I grew up a tomboy and I'm now the mother of 2 boys, so they do lots of athletic stuff.

Hell Yeah Bulls/Pistons courtside instead of swan lake anytime, being a Michael Jordan fan that would be a no brainer to me , the one time i went to the ballet I fell asleep 10 minutes in.
