The Block Party
MG: Goodbye,girls!I'm off to visit my sister in California! J:We'll take good care of the shop,Mrs G. MG:Thanks,girls. I'm trusting you,and this time,please don't skateboard around the house,Jo. (Jo blushes) B:You have a good time ,Mrs Garret. Don't worry! MG:That's what I'm best at doing,though! (Laughs) T:Look,Mrs Garret. We're older now. We don't act like children! N:Or at least some of us don't. (Glances at Tootie) MG:Well, so long! (Exits) J:OK,it's time to get started! (Hops on the couch) T:Jo! We promised Mrs Garret no monkey bussines! J:Hey,it's just a get together. I'm inviting some people around the block here! B:What?! You mean,you are too?! J:Why? You did? B:Yea,but I didn't know you did! T:Who,Blair? B:Some kids also from the block. (Sits down with Jo,groaning) N:I guess,well,that I have to confess. I also invited some kids from the block. (Sits down with Jo and Blair) (Glances at Tootie) T:I know what your thinking,and yea. I did,only a few though. J:We probaly have the whole block here now! It's like a Block Party!
