How do you watch the color eps? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I noticed that you either gotta have the Good Life TV/American Life TV network, because it looks like they have no been released on DVD yet. If they have, they seem very hard to find.

I seen some episodes running around the newsgroups but they seem to just be TV Rips.

I never was offered GL TV or AL TV from my cable company, but I noticed that some others have seen the episodes. So how do you watch the episodes if you can't get Good Life/American Life?

I don't watch them but I know season 1 of the Color Honeymooners is out on DVD.

I just bought the MPI release of John Wayne's 1970 TV special "Swing Out Sweet Land" (they retitled it something else for the DVD release) and inside the DVD case was a booklet of what MPI has to offer. The color episodes were listed, but under the "coming soon" section it had "The Color Honeymooners" listed, so I'm thinking maybe more will be on the way sometime soon?

I would still like to see a release of episodes of "The Jackie Gleason Show," or atleast sketches from the show other than the Honeymooners.

I for one could never bring myself to watch a color episode of the Honeymooners.. as a 15+ year fan.. I have seen every black and white episode tons of times.. and that is how I want to remember my Honeymooners.. :-) just a preference.. it would sort of ruin the whole thing for me
