Default World Champion Colts beat Saints, 41-10

Final score, 41-10, The World Champion Indianapolis Colts destroy the defending NFC Finalists, the New Orleans Saints. Peyton Manning once again, plays well, throwing TD passes to Marvin Harrison and a pair to Reggie Wayne, with Joe Addai running one in for a score. Jason David of the Saints, did return a fumble for a TD, but at the end of the game, the Colts' Matt Giordano intercepts Saints QB Drew Brees and returns it for a touchdown. The big story, aside from the scoring is the Colts' Defense shut down both Saints RBs Deuce McAllister and Reggie Bush. Tonight, the Colts sent a message to the rest of the NFL that they're the World Champions until someone knocks them off their perch, and it won't be easy to do, after the way they played both offensively and defensively. The Colts' next game will be in 10 days, but for now, they've taken care of business, tonight. Hey Shark, what did you think of tonight's game? Let me know!

Doesn't sound like much of a game to me, .

You're right, Cat! The Saints didn't show up tonight-the Colts ran all over them.

The opening game always favors the SB Champion. Their wasn't much surprising about that game except maybe the final score.

I know, I expected the Saints to lose, but not that badly.

They played too conservately. You have to play all out if you want to beat the Colts.

That's what we all initially thought, but then again, these are the Colts-they'll excite and surprise any fan with just about anything. Personally, I wanted to see what they would do, defensively. Well, now we know-they played much better defensively than they did at this time last year, against the Giants. Further reflection, the Colts opening season game against the Ravens, two years ago-steady running game and dominating defense factored in that game, similar to last night. Something to think about, even right now as the defending World Champions. Stay tuned-this could be the tip of the iceberg and a sign of things to come this season for the Colts.

I've never seen so much hype over one game.
