MrIggles, I need your help with these Two Weird Eagles Stories

first, why is everyone so excited about J.R. Reed coming back to the team, wasn't he cut for a reason??? Damm everyone is acting like he is HESTER from the bears

Second, why in the hell is shawn andrews now saying he is ok to play and that he lied early in the month about being hurt? Is he slightly ********?-lol

In regards to JR reed, I knew when he was cut by the VAGIANTS that he was coming back. I am actually kind of happy that he is back since Buckhalter & greg lewis were slated to be out return men this year. That is just plain scary

The kid was electric for us in his time here, unfortunately he suffered a serious accident during the off season a few years back & it has taken him a while to get back. I think he will be ok with us.


As far as Shawn Andrews goes, this whole thing has been handled very badly. I am not sure who to believe. Andy Reid has been saying along that it was a severe upper sprain of his ankle. The media took a few words that Shawn Andrews said & ran with it & made it more than it should have been. I will say this About Reid, the one thing he always has been totally up front about is injuries. He has said all along he would be ready for week 1 so I don't think he is lying, it is just the monsters of the media making a story when there is none

I have had visions of lousy starting position because of the thoughts of greg lewis & buckhalter as our return men, the one thing reed is good at is KO returns!!!

Well he will look like a lair if the eagles lose on sunday and mcnabb is sacked numerous times
