NBC had a show last summer - Windfall
Models Inc. (although E! aired the show in rerun syndication and guess they showed an episode that was never run on Fox during its original run and tied up the loose ends)

I can't think of any other sitcoms, though I'm sure there are some. However, I thought of a drama. "The Fugitive" from 2000, with Tim Daly. It only lasted one season and in the finale, this guy, aims a gun across a room at Kimble and fires. We don't know what happened after that. I really got into that show and was ticked off at that ending.

Come to think of it, a sci-fi show, "Sliders" also ended with a cliff-hanger ending. Rembrandt (the only original cast member on the show by the end) jumped into the wormhole, after a seer had predicted instant death on the other side of the portal. Then, after Rembrandt slid, the seer died of a heart attack. So he couldn't tell the remaining sliders if he lived or not.

I don't know if you could really count these 2, because they weren't exactly cliffhangers, but A Different World and The Wonder Years ended without all the loose ends tied up. Although they had actual finales, it left us imaginiing what might have happened in the future.

I can't believe I forgot this one.... "Soap"! The last episode saw Jessica in front of a firing squad, about to be executed, Burt walking into an ambush and Chester about to murder Danny for sleeping with his girlfriend. That's the ultimate cliffhanger, if you ask me, lol.

The Wonder Years doesn't count for me. Yes, it should have ended after they graduated from high school, but it had a clear ending, with details about what happened to everybody.

I dont know about ROSWELL as I've never seen it; but QUANTUM LEAP depends on who you talk to. Some people were satisfied with the ending; but most people weren't and are hoping that they'll bring it back as a TV movie sometime; and give it a proper finale.

Not many people have heard of it, but "The Guns of Will Sonnett," which ran from 1967-1969 left the air as a cliffhanger. There were 50 episodes.
It started Walter Brennan and Dack Rambo. I have some episodes on tape.
It was the story of Will (Walter) and his grandson Jeff (Dack) searching throughout the Old West for Will's son and Jeff's father, James Sonnett, who is a well-known gunfighter.
They almost found him in a few episodes (he had just left town or something) but they never did find him.

I was never so pissed in my life than when they left everything in the air.

Past shows with no conclusion were:
Lost In Space- The Robinsons never make it back to Earth or Alpha Centauri
Time Tunnel- The team never makes it back to their own time.
Land Of The Giants- The Crew never makes it back to their own planet and time.

This is kind of a "spoiler" thread in a way, don't you think? If someone hasn't seen the show/the finale yet, this could ruin it for them. (Not being sarcastic, just pointing that out.)

That's why I said I'm not sure it would count.
