Joanie deciding to work at the local designer clothing store.

David moving back home.

Tommy not being a wise-crack or a smart aleck.

Nicholas getting his hair cut SHORT.

The girls staying home for Spring Break.

David selling his van and buying a small car.

Abby selling her vintage automobile. (forgot what she called her car...???)

Abby having twins.

Tom and Tommy not arguing.

Mary not being sarcastic.

Mary deciding to be a nurse rather than pursue being a doctor.

The family telling Maureen to get the hell out of their house (remember that Christmas episode where David was stranded at home when the gifts were stolen...God, I hated that witch.)

Tommy losing interest in girls.

Nicholas beating the crap out of Irving J. Moore.

Nancy working in a library.

Elizabeth cutting her hair.

Tom wanting to have more kids with Abby. And they do.
