In this thread, I'll describe how I'd change almost every channel in cable. Obviously, I don't know where to begin with the sports channels, so I won't include those. If any of you have a good schedule for that, feel free to add it to this thread.
1st up: The TV Guide Channel This channel really sucks. First of all, they actually air shows and have only room for like three channel's listings at a time. When I'm looking up a channel, sometimes, I get lost watching the show, that I miss the listing! So... I would remove the programming and have the entire screen be the listings, that way it would go by faster, and you would see more at once. While the listings are on the screen, we'd play a collection of oldies music to entertain you while you search the channel listings. I'll do some more channels later on including Nickelodeon/N@N, TV Land, Comedy Central, TBS, USA, and the others. |

The idea of having scrolling listings is growing increasingly obsolete, what with digital cable and everything. I wouldn't be surprised if someday, TV Guide Network just pulled them altogether.

Cox pulled our TV Guide channel, you can get the shows on the In-Demand section of the box for free though
You either order digital cable and get a guide you control or you dont get anything |
