Default Would The Ratings Have Improved if Good Times Was Moved To Sunday In The Summer Of 79

I Ask Because The Jeffersons First Appeared In January Of 1975 On Saturday Following All In The Family And Finished It First Season In Fourth Place Then Cbs Moved The Jeffersons Around 9 times between 1975-1979,The Jeffersons Finished It Second Season at 21st And The Third season At 24th Place.
The Fourth And Fifth Season The Jeffersons Were Not In The Top 30 And Was Almost Canceled In The Fourth Season But Was Renewed And the Show Again Was Not In The Top 30 In It Fifth Season And Was Nearly Canceled After It Fifth Season And Then Cbs Move The Jeffersons To Sunday In June Of 1979 Where It Ratings Soared Back To The Top 10,The Jeffersons finished It Sixth Season At 8th Place,it Seventh Season At Sixth Place,Eight Season it Almost Took First Place But finished Third Place,The Ninth Season The Jeffersons Finished 12th Place,The Tenth Season finished 19th Place Then In The Jefferson 11th Season They Dropped To 56th Place And Was Canceled With Out A Final Episode.

And Good Times Ratings Dropped Between season 3-6 Because Cbs Kept Moving Th Show Around And Was Not in The Top 30 In It Fifth And Sixth Season,Good Times Finished 84th Place In It Sixth Season And Was Put On A 6 months Hiatus And Was Canceled In It Sixth Season.

So Do You Think That Good Times Ratings Could Have Improved Back To The Top 10 If Cbs Moved The Show To Sundays Night And Renewed It For A Seventh Season?

No. The show ran its course. With all that had happened behind the scenes the damage was so severe that it was time to end it. Sad that it may there was potential of it going down as a classic.

I don't know. Maybe. I think Good Times had pretty much run its course by 1979. They were probably right to end it when they did.
