Mrs. G: (writes on notebook) I bear you tootie
Tootie: Surprise, surprise!!
Mrs. G: (laughs) well maybe next time you'll beat me.... Maybe!!
Nat: (reading a book, sitting at a table)
Jo: (putting an engine together)
Blair: (looking at datebook)
Mr. Parker and Amy: (walk in)
Mr. Parker: Hellow girls! Enjoying your saturday?
Blair: Yes Mr. parker! Don't i always! It's the only day where i can go out on a date and stay out later!!
Jo: (looks up at Blair) yea, But if I were your date, I would make up some excuse to cancel!!! so i wouldnt have to look at your ugly face!!
Blair: well, that happens to you all the time obciously, I don't see you with any dates!! (smirks)
Jo: Don't back talk to a girl working on a motor! (picks up a large chunk of finished motor and kinda tosses it to self intimidating blair)
Mrs. G: Please Girls!! (gets up) waht can we do for you Mr. Parker?
Mr. Parker I'd like you to mee a new student (introduces) Amy Westingdale.
Mrs. G: Oh why hello! (shakes amy's hand) I'm Mrs. Garrett the school dietition
Tootie: and parole officer! (interupts)
Mrs. G: (slaps tootie) Welcome to Eastland Amy! (smiles)
Amy: thanks! (looks around the room) this is such a beautiful school! (takes coat off)
Mr. Parker: yes it is, but unfortunatly, there arent any open dorms at this time... (looks at Mrs. Garrett)
Mrs. G: (sees Mr. Parker) Oh, well we can put you up for the night
Mr. Parker: (whispers to mrs. g) a week...
Mrs. G: Week!?!?!?! Oh ok, I think we got a pull out bed somewhere!
Amy: Thanks!!
Blair: Dont mentino it! I'm Blair warner!! (shakes hand)
Amy: Hi!
Jo: I'm jo, Blairs enemy!! (smiles and jokes)
Amy: (laughs)
nat: Hi I'm natalie! (goes back to book)
Tootie: I'm tootie, her (points at nat) best friend!! (smiles)
Nat: yup! since forever!!
Amy: well where should I put my stuff? (shows suit cases)
Blair: oh, let me show you our room! (gets up)
Nat: yea! (grabs a suit case) its not the greatest place! But Its our home!! (starts to leave)
blair: (follows Natalie)
Tootie: wait for me!! (runs after Blair and Nat)
Jo: Finally!! (happiley) I finished it Mrs. G look!! (gets up and shows mrs. G with grease all over hands)
Mrs. G: (backs up) thats nice, now could you get it out of my clean cafertia!
Jo: Yea!! I'm gonna go put it in my bike right now! (leaves)
Mrs. GL (starts to pick up Monopoly Game)
Mr. Parker: Edna, Amy might be quite a handful!
Mrs. G: why do you say that?
Mr. parker: Becuase she has been kciked out of her last 3 schools in the last 3 years!!
Mrs. G: Oh?!? Why?
Mr. Parker: Well she hasn't been attending school at all for the past year and a half and before she always was in trouble!
mrs. G: (puzzled look) really? I wonder why? (ponders to self)

-----Girls' Bedroom-----

Blair, Nat, tootie, and amy: (walk into room)
Amy: wow all 4 of you live here!?!
Tootie: Yea! We're on probation and this is where we have to stay!
nat: and work in the kitchen!
Blair: Its ok though! its not THAT bad!!
Amy: so you'll bring in a pull out bed for me to sleep on?
Tootie: yea, mrs. garrett will help us with it later!
Amy: Ok! (sets stuff down between nat and tooties bunk bed and jos bed)
Jo: (walks in) Ok Warner!! What did you do with my bike!?!?! (very pissed)
Blair: (innocently) I dont know what you are talking about!!
Jo: (holds up a mirror from her bike) THIS is what i am talking about!!!
Blair: Oh that!! (bites lip) well you see...!! I needed to...!! well I...!!
Jo: 9walks over to Blair)
Blair: (backs up) Jo lets not be to hasty!!
Jo: (throws mirror down and grabs Blair, throws her on her bed, jumps on top of her, brings arms back like shes gonna hit her)
Tootie and Nat: (run to Jo and grab her arms so she cant hit Blair)
Jo: (screams) Let me Go!!!!! Come on I won't hit her!!!! THAT bad!!! (tries to get loose)
Tootie: (screams) JO!!
Nat: (screams) STOP IT!!
Blair: (screams) Please jo!! Please!!! (covers face up)
Mrs. G: (walks in) What's all the screaming??
Amy: Wow!! JO's about to kill Blair!!!
Girls: (screamming at eachother and trying to stop jo and jo is screaming at them to let her go)
mrs. G: Oh my god!! (runs to jo) Girls!! Stop it!!
Jo: (squirming trying to get Nat and Tootie to let go) Blair I'm gonna kill you!!!! (screams)
Blair: JO!! Please!! (screams)
Tootie: JO!! Don't kill her!! (screams)
Mrs. G: (screams in jos ear) JO!!!
Girls: (stop and look at mrs. g)
Mrs. G: (shouts) JO!! Get off Blair!!! Right now!! (points towards the floor)
Jo: (gets down)
Mrs. G: PLEASE!!! I dont want you to go to jail for murder!!
Blair: (gets up and stand by jo and looks at her)
Jo: I dont care!!! (screams and jumps on her again pushing her onto the bed)
Nat and Tootie: (grab jos arms again to stop her)
Mrs. G: (pulls jo off of blair and hold her while she squirms and tries to get loose) JO!!!!!!! Go downstairs right now!!! (lets go of jo and points at door)
Jo: No!!!! i dont care if I go to jail!! (brings fist back)
Mrs. G: (runs between joa dn blair and puts both hands up at jo so she wont hit blair) Jo, why are you so mad at Blair?!?!?!
Jo: (walks over by the mirrow and picks it up) She totalled my bike!!!! (very pissed)
Blair: It was an accident!!!! I didnt mean to!! (sounds innocent)
Jo: Who cares!!! (shouts) ya still did it!!!!
Mrs. G: cant you just forgive and forget? (tries to resolve problem?
Blair: yea!!! (in a thats a great idea voice)
Jo: NO!!! Warner!! (screams) I will never fogive and forget this!! (leaves in furry)
mrs. G and Girls: (look at eachother in worry)

---Lounge (monday)----

Amy: (walks in, looks around in lounge and in cafeteria, then picks up phone, and dials) Hi mom! ... Its me amy! yea! ... How are you?! ... Oh I'm fine! How's Kate? ... yea, she's been getting lately!!
Tootie: (walks into cafeteria from kitchen adn hears amy talking goes to wall and listens to amy's conversation)
Amy: Everybody is so nice here!! ... yea I know!! I'm glad i got a fresh new start here!!! ... What!! Are you crazy mom!! No!! Of course I didnt tell them I'm a mother!!
Tootie: (gasps in shock and covers mouth and continues to listen)
Amy: Well, I'm 17 now and that is really young to have a baby ad I dont want them to judge me on that!! ... OK!! ... well, give katie a kiss for me! ... and daddy one too!! Love you!! ... Bye... (hangs up the phone and sits on couch)
Tootie: (waits a little bit then walks in) Hey Amy!! How did you like your first day of school??
Amy: Oh it was nice! I never knew so many people could be so nice!! Especial the teachers! (smiles)
Tootie: yea! Its pretty nice!!
Mrs. G: (yells "tootie" from kitchen door)
Tootie: well I gotta go set up for dinner!
Amy: (picks up a magazine) ok... no problem!!
tootie: (leaves and goes into kitchen and camera follows her)

----kitchen----

Tootie: (walks )
Nat: Finally! I need some help!
Tootie Can't it wait!! (looses patients)
Mrs. G: tootie!! whats wrong?
Tootie: Wel I kinda listened in on Amy talking to her mom
Blair: Surprise, surprise!! (walks over to fridge to get something and jos there)
Jo: (holds gist up, intimidating her(
Blair: (walks away)
Jo: (laughs evily)
Mrs. G: Girls will you PLEASE stop it!! (looks at tootie) Tootie you shouldnt evsdrop on people its not nice!!
Tootie: This is one time I wish i wouldnt have!!
Nat: Ok Tootie!! What is it?
Tootie: Amy was talking about katie, her baby!!
Mrs. G: her what!!!!!!! (shocked)
blair: her baby?
Jo: As in, Shes a mother??
Blair: Oh Good JO!!! You know that baby indicates somebody is a mother!!
Jo: well i had to say it to make sure you knew that!!
Blair: Oh i do!!!
Jo: So shes a mother??
Tootie: YES!!!
Nat: How old is katie!?!? (curiously)
Tootie: I dont know but Amy is 17, so she couldnt have been any older than 16 when she had Katie!!
Mrs. G: 16!!!!!! (shocked and shouts)
Jo: Boy does she get around!!!
Mrs. G: Jo!!! (yells at jo)
Jo: Hey she had sex at 16, had a baby at 16 and is a mother at 16!!! she has been around!!!!
Mrs. G: (sighs and gives jo a mad look)
Jo: I didnt get pregnant!! dont look at me!!
Mrs. G: If you did I would kill you!!!
Blair: I give you until next year!!
Jo: (looks at Blair) what are ya saying!! That I'm easy!!!
Blair: Close enough!! The words I had in mind are too adult for tootie's ears!!
Jo: I'm sick of your lip!! (shouts) next time you smart off to me im gonna staple it to the table!!
Blair: Well that should be easy for you since thats all you do is smart off!!
Jo: THATS IT!!! whers the stapler!!! (looks around for it)
Mrs. G: THATS IT!!!! I'VE HAD IT!!! when will you 2 grow up and stop fighting!! You could be come great friends if you stopped biting eachothers heads off and complimented eachother once in a while!!! You're gonna resolve this now!!!!!!! And on your own cuz im not gonna try to get you to be nice to eachother anymore!! Go ahead JO!!! Hit Blair!!!! (leaves in anger into the cafeteria)
Jo: Look wat you did Blair!!! way ta go!!!
Blair: Me?!?!?!!? you started it by trying to kill me!!!
Jo: (laughs evily) Oh you betta run girly!!! (gets off stool and walks towards blair threatening her)
Blair: (screams and runs after mrs. g)

-----Cafeteria-----

Mrs. G: (walks into the lounge by amy) HI amy!!
Amy: HI Mrs. Garrett!! Do you guys need help with dinner?
Mrs. G: (sits next to Amy) No! No! The girls have it under control! But uh... how are you? You havent really told us much about you!!
Amy: (looks down) Oh I'm fine and there's not much to tell!!
Mrs. G: well mr. parker told me you havent been in a school for about a year and a half, why's that?
Amy: Well see (doesnt know how to tell her) I'm a mother!
Mrs. G: heard (gets kinda angry)
Amy: How? (confused)
Mrs. G: Tootie over heard you talking to your mother!
Amy: Oh... nice to know how much privacy i have around here!
Mrs. G: That's beside the point, I cant believe your a mother! at 17!!!
Amy: Well, actually since i was 15, katie is a year and 10 months now...
Mrs. G: 15!!! 15!!! (shocked look) waht did you parents say when you told them that you were going to have a baby at 15!?!?!
Amy: Oh they took it pretty good if you call being kicked out of the house pretty good!!
Mrs. G: I would have done the same thing!!
Amy: well i went and stayed at a friends house and after katie was born my parents let me come home again and they helped me take care of her and now i decided to go back to school and they take care of her but....
Mrs. G; oh so they help you out now? waht about the father?
Amy: he moved away, as soon as we found out he was the father... (looks down)
Mrs. G: Oh I'm sorry... (scared for amy) but it sounds like you really learned the experience of motherhood rather early!!
Amy: yea tell me about it!! Its, been nice being responsible for somebody that loves me, I mean being a mother now really has a lot of downs but youd be surprised with how many ups that are to it!!
Blair: (who has been listening walks in) UPS!!!! HOw irresponsible can you bee!!!
Mrs. G: easy Blair!!
Amy: (walks over to Blair) Irresponsible!! I dindt have an abortion!! and i didnt give katie away!! (shouts) I took care of her!!
Blair: So youjust fo around and sleep with anybody!!
Mrs.G: BLAIR!! (shouts)
Amy: Oh yea, Blair! I like you;d know! You've had a loging family!! Friends!! An adult around!! (looks at mrs. g) You've got money to buy anything!! My life was my parents having parties, doing drups, drinking, and people who i didnt know having sex in my house!! How can you live like that and not turn out like that!!! YOu cnat!!! I tried as best as i could!! but it dindt work!! look at me!!! (goes to leave)
Blair: Amy!! wait!!
Amy: Blair I don't care about it anymore!! (angry) That is why I came here!! To get away from the embarassment!! But i guess its everywahere!! (leaves)
Blair: (looks mad at self for saying that)
Mrs. G: Congradulations Blair!! You've made two enemies in one day!
Blair: (sits next to mrs. g) mrs. garrett!! How was i supposed to know!!
Mrs. G: YOu werent!! That why you ask people before you jump to conclussion!!
Blair: (sighs)
Mrs. G: Blair, Amy is right.. you dont know anything about Amy or being a mother!! Even though i was in my 20s when i had my first son and it was still hard to raise a child, not knowing waht to do!! I was horrified!! And Amy had a hard life where she cant rely on how she was raised becuase then her child would be exactly like her, and she doesnt like who shes become Blair!! She's angry at herself, hurt, confussed, and needs a friend who isnt!! Why not be that friend she needs!! (puts hand on Blair and gets up)
Jo: (walks in with paper) hey mrs. g could ya take me into town to get a new bike! (looks at blair) somebody ruined mine!!
Blair: (doesnt lok at jo)
Jo: Whats eating her?
Mrs. G: She just had a fight with Amy about something....
Blair: JO I'm really sorry about your bike!! YOu want me to buy you a new one?
Jo: Blair!! You know i dont want your money!!!!
Blair: But I ruined it!! I should replace it!!
Jo: ok Blair! (thinks to self) do i get to pick it ou?
Blair: wahtever you want!!
Jo: YES!! (claps hands and jumps out of the room happily)
Blair: (smiles and gets up) Mrs. Garrett what am i gonna do about amy?
Mrs. G: Just talk to her about it! She'll understand if you appolagize to her im sure! I mean, you cleaned things up with jo! You can clear things up with Amy too!!
Blair: I hope so!!

-----Cafeteria------

Tootie: Mrs. Garrett Im gonna beat you this time! (brings monopoly game)
Mrs. G: Ok tootie!! your on! set it up!
Blair and Jo: (walk in)
Mrs. GL hey Blair did Jo finally pick out a hog? (holds arms out in front as if riding a motorcycle)
Blair: yea!!! The most expensive kind!!
JO: (smiles) You offered to buy me a new bike!! and you can afford it!!
Blair: Yea!! (tries not to show it)
Amy: (walks in, sees Blair, and stops) Hi... (looks down) I just came to get my stuff, i transfered to a new school
Blair: Amy LOok!! (walks to Amy) I'm sorry that I said all those things!! Really!! I shouldnt have jumped to conclussions about you!! I didnt know anything about you home life and I really want to get to know you and your situation better!!
Amy: Thanks but uh, I think it would be better for my reputation if I leave!!
Blair: Amy!! PLEASE!! Stay! Talk! i feel horrible!
Amy: You should!! But uh, we can talk!
Jo: Your really brave amy! if i were to be a mother I dont know what i would do!!
Mrs. G: Well you'd be dead before you knew waht to do!!! (kinda threatens jo)
Amy: thanks jo!
tootie: You are soo brave!!! wow!!
Nat: NO kidding!!!
Blair: Common Amy!! Lets go talk!! (leads amy to kitchen)
MRs. G: (stops Amy when she walks by) Amy you are really something!! (smiles) So brave, sure (pauses) Responsible!! Ohhh!! (puts hand on Amy's face)
Amy: (smiles big) I think I am gonna cry!! (starts to shed a tear)
Mrs. G: (hugs amy)
Amy: Its just been so hard!! All my old friends dont like me anymore!! Katie is such a handful! Parents that hate ma dn keep drugs around the house with Katie running around!! (horrified) I mean she'll be a druggie as young as i was!! And i dont want that!!
Mrs. G: then fix things!! why dont you move into your own apartment, raise katie on your own!! and still go to school here!!
Amy: With waht money?
Blair: Mine!!! I can give you money Amy!! How ever much you need!! its yours!!
Amy: Blair!! I couldnt take anything from you!!
Jo: Yes!! YOu can!! Take her whole fortune!!
Blair: (turns around to jo)
Jo: Blair you know i love you!!! (smiles)
Blair: you have an odd way of showing it!!
Amy: (whips tears) thanks Blair!!
Blair: No problem!! (smiles and hugs amy)
Amy: (hugs Blair)
Mrs. G: (joins in on te hugging)
