it was produced and made by ruby spears, the same company that created the Mr T cartoon series. it's about a teenager who, after coming into contact with cosmic rays whilst driving a car, turns into a car! btw, the legal age to drive in america is 21, am i right?

I remember this cartoon real well. It came out around 1984 around the same time as the Mr. T cartoon. I don't remember all the details, but I think he was assisted by two other teens, a black teen, and a white female.
