Well of course he will - if the 2nd game is anything like the first, it won't END until next year

I've never heard a team scoring 30 runs in a game before. That's crazy!

What's the record for most runs scored by a team in a game anyway? If that's not it, then it's gotta be close.

30, Set by the Texas Rangers, today.

At least, it's the most since 1900.

Yeah, they said the most runs scored ever was in 1896 by the Chicago Colts with 36 runs.

Incidentally, in Bot 4th in Game 2, Texas leads 5-3.

In Bot 4th in Game 1, Texas was leading...5-3.

I was driving home from work and had the Indians-Tigers game on the radio. The announcers, reading the out of town scores, announced the Rangers-Orioles game. WOW. I've heard of games with 20-something runs, but never 30.

One thing's for sure...a lot of ERAs went up! That was only game one of a double header!! Did they have the backup third baseman pitch the second game??

This was shocking to hear especially since the Rangers are not exactly the Red Sox, Yankees or the D-Backs. Haaa yea I do feel bad for the Orioles manager though

The final score for Game 2, FWIW, was Texas 9 Baltimore 7.

Meaning total, on the day, Baltimore allowed 39 runs over 2 games.
