doing play by play for a the Redskins Broadcast Network-lol

He turned down a play by Play job for ESPN college Football. Is it just me or did that job sound a lot better?-lol

He probably wanted to stay with the NFL. ESPN are idiots. He was the best broadcaster of the MNF crew and he got replaced by Jaws.

I think what happen was Joe couldn't hide the fact he didn't like Tony Kornheiser-lol So ESPN just decided to replace him which was STRANGE since he was with the network doing the NFL since 1988 and Tony was the Rookie-lol

He probably felt more comfortable being a Redskins homer on the radio. It's probably less money, but I am sure he's happier.

On a side note, let me say I just can't feel Emmit Smith being in the studio. He lacks the feel for analying, and he lacks emotion.
