After Al of Arnold's in Happy Days married Chachi's mom and they went on to Joanie Lobes Chachi, was Al Chachi's stepfather? Did he make a good husband and stepfather? What happened to Chach's real father?

AL was Chachi's stepfather, and all that is ever mentioned of Chachi's real dad is that he died when he was fairly young
